The Ongoing Saga of My Family and Hospitals

Well, I guess it had been nearly a whole month, we were overdue for another surgery in the family. This time it was Jacki who had to have emergency surgery to remove her gall bladder yesterday. It’s been some problem with the GB that has been giving her a lot of pregnancy-like symptons (she’s the one who doesn’t want to have kids, ever) over the last two-three months. At least it’s a relatively minor surgery as such things go and she’ll be spending the last two weeks at her crappy job on medical leave before starting up at the new company.
