Moping
Monday, February 27th, 2006So, according to my family, I’ve been “moping around” for the past two days. They’re probably right. I got the lecture yesterday, “It’s not like you hung out with him every night, you were able to entertain yourself a week ago…”
Of course they’re right, it’s just that I don’t even have the option of calling him up and seeing if he wants to hang out.
Started full time hours today at The Center. Everyone keeps begging me to stay in Utah through June to finish off the year as Pride Coordinator, but I honestly feel that if I don’t get myself out of Utah soon, I’ll keep finding reasons to put it off. I’ve already sent my resume out dozens of times, and I’m just hoping to get to the interview with two or three companies. I always interview really well and in my life, there’s only one job I’ve ever interviewed for which I didn’t get – and that involved phone interviews instead of a face-to-face.
I just feel restless, especially since the end of the Festival.
