I had a very productive day at work. The secret, begin the day with iPod earbuds in, don’t remove them until everything on the “must be finished today” list gets done.
I’ve got all but one of my various tax documents in hand now, which means it’s almost time to start assessing the damage. I try to do my taxes early, even if it just means I have extra time between finishing them and paying them. One thing I’ll always miss about Nevada, no state income tax. Of course, I feel a little better paying taxes to California than I do Utah, but I only owe them for half a year.
