Way too much attention on my facial hair

You know, last weekend I stayed in because I was feeling lazy. This weekend I couldn’t move, thanks to the Nyquil and the flu. If I’m going to keep playing video games during these ultra-lovely spring weekends, I’m not going to deserve them anymore.

Luckily, I’m feeling about 80% better today. I tried going out to brunch this afternoon, but the 3 block walk winded me and my lungs were aching from the lingering congestion. I’ll be able to work tomorrow, but I suspect it’ll be taxing.

Speaking of… I wish the call I got today had been an April Fool’s joke. Okay, this wasn’t meant to be an April Fool’s… I did type about 6 paragraphs of venting, then deleted it because it was inappropriate even in a friend-locked post

Feeling the April Fool’s Whimsy, and because every hipster wannabe in San Francisco is sporting the short, slightly unkempt beard these days, I decided to try something new with my facial hair…
