It’s raining (ugly, conservative, old, primarily white) men
Friday, May 18th, 2007Wolfowitz, Blair, Gonzales, a score of ranking political figures found in the DC prostitute’s calling records, Haggert, Falwell…
Finally a trend I can get behind. With any luck, Karl Rove, James Dobson, Pat Roberston, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter and Dick Cheney will also find their way out of public influence soon.
Also, to my Republican friends (both of you) if you’re tired of seeing your party hijacked by these so-called “values voters” and far-far-right, I’m begging you to vote for Guiliani in the primary. I could never vote for him myself, but today James Dobson announced that if Rudy got the Republican nomination, Dobson would be forced to vote for a third party candidate or not vote at all. You know what? Dobson has made a career out of politicizing religion and pushing the Republican party to the extreme right. Nothing would do this country more good than for all the Dobsonites to find themselves a wacko third party candidate and become fittingly irrelevent. Maybe they’ll know how all us “value voting” Greens feel when people yell at us for ruining the Gore election.
