Why I Quit, Part 2
Thursday, August 7th, 2008I wasn’t going to keep going with this, but after I posted my last blog on this topic, I received an email from a friend in San Francisco that said, “Also I saw [[former coworker of yours]] last night. Apparently they are saying you had an opportunity with a friend and took it and thats why you left.”
Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. I’ve made it abundantly clear in my letter of resignation, my exit interview, my letter to the board of directors, and all my personal conversations with members of the management team that I left for one reason and one reason only, I think Selisse Berry, executive director of Out & Equal is the single worst and most incompetent boss I have encountered in 17 years of being a member of the workforce.
Don’t believe anyone who tells you otherwise.

Geez, tell us how you really feel about her.
I think I’m beginning to like you, Jere.
PS — > I’m also batshit crazy. No judgment.
Megan – if I did that, I might get sued for libel. As it is, I stand by my statement as being factually true and therefore immune to libel charges.
She’s not incompitent. She’s just not smart. She was able to get in on an organization right as the national push for glbt rights getting sarted. By luck, the organisation and the need for the organisation sarted to take off. She had nthing to do with the success, but will always claim it was her that drove it and that she was the one who created it. She thinks she’s famous becasue of it to. She can’t leave the organization because she has nothing to offer anyone or anything else. Nobody would take her.
