You definitely shouldn’t have a problem starting classes with an unpaid bill…. Last semester, I didn’t have my whole bill paid until April! Oops.

I feel your pain completely. The summer before my last year of college, I had a terrifying surprise when I found out that I was receiving a significantly smaller chunk of $$$ than I had my previouz yearz. Then began countless meetingz with financial aid and numerous formz and me not sleeping/eating cuz I was too anxious to tink about anything else.

BUT! I got it sorted out and so will you! Trust me, the college wants your $$$ so they will help you try and get it for them…you going to school is just a little side effect of it.

That must have been frustrating. Sure, it should all work out in the end, but like you need this while trying to start a new phase of your education and beginning of a new career and moving to a new city.

The bank didn’t, but my school said that its not uncommon in this economy. I suspect it has something to do with regional markets and location.

Did the bank say *why* they weren’t lending money to the students going to there?
