The Holiday Haul
Saturday, December 26th, 2009Yeah, I got some presents at Xmas, but can anything compare to a lap full of nephews?
I also got a bunch of clothes and a few gift certificates. One of the gift certificates is to a movie theatre chain with lots of outlets in Utah, but the nearest theater to Manhattan is about 5 hours away. That means I’ll be seeing a lot of movies while I’m in town.
Today has been the first really lazy day since school let out. No family to visit, no errands to run, no reason to take a shower and get out of my pajamas. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve had a day this lazy since August.
a lapfull of nephews IS pretty nifty, but I think it may be surpassed by the neato hat you’re wearing! That’s like total awesomeness…for ANY occasion!

Lap full of nephews is awesome. That Owen Ace is the mores adorable baby EVAR! I love how drowsy he is with the bottle in his mouth. Glad you got a chance to be lazy today. Enjoy it while it lasts!

First I thought you got a baby for Christmas. Those are rare as gifts.
You’re a natural, holding him and feeding him with one hand, amusing the other one on your lap with the other. Enjoy all your movies and your day of nothingness.

This was the first Christmas with my new nephew. He is still very young. I am excited for when he will be talking and interacting more.
It is great that you can take some time to relax after what must have been an exhausting finally to the semester.
I’m sure our friend Craig can offer up some movie recommendations, since he seems to watch them all.
